Camping at Fountain Fest WV 2026

Welcome Campers of Fountain Fest WV 2026!

Thank you for choosing to join us at Fountain Fest WV as a camper! We are so excited to host you and your group. Please be sure to read over the guidelines in their entirety to ensure a safe and enjoyable time for everyone at the campground! We hope you'll find camping in our orchard to be a unique experience.

Campsite Information: Sites are assigned in advance by our campground hosts.  Assignments are based on the equipment you are bringing, generator usage, group coordinating, special needs, and date of purchase.
Tent Campsites are 20’ x 30’. Hookups of any type (electric, water, sewer) are not available, so please plan accordingly. Since most sites are not completely level, please bring sufficient leveling materials. All equipment and vehicles must fit on your site. If your vehicle does not fit on your site, you can purchase camping overage parking from the camping staff, or park in the farm market parking area at the end of the lane. All vehicles parked in our camping area must have a parking pass hanging from your mirror.
The Tent Campsite reservation is for 1 site for 2 nights and does not include General Admission to Fountain Fest WV. Everyone using your site must purchase a one day or two day ticket. Tickets can be purchased ahead of time or when you arrive.
Event Wristbands: Your General Admission Wristbands, and extras that you purchased, can be picked up when you arrive at the Camping Gate (Gold Pass, etc). If you did not purchase extras ahead of time, you will need to go to the main gate to purchase them.
Camping Check In: The camping gate is staffed from 9am - 9pm Friday and 9am - 7pm Saturday. If you will be arriving for check in outside of these hours, please make arrangements in advance by emailing fountainheadministries@gmail.com. Unless you have made previous arrangements with the campground hosts, sites that are not claimed by Saturday 10:00 am will be considered unclaimed and resold if needed.
Camping Check out: All Campers must vacate the campground area by noon on Sunday.
Music Lawn Seats Setup: You may not set up blankets or chairs in the music lawn area until the main gates open at 10:00am on Friday, and 10:00am on Saturday. There are no pop up tent/ canopies allowed in the music lawn area. Any other blankets, chairs, or other items left overnight in the music lawn area are subject to confiscation.  Campers with their festival wristbands on are able to access the festival via the Pumpkin Patch entrance, Admission Gate entrance, or the Boot Hill Gate.
Bags and coolers are subject to search.
Campground Quiet Hours: Please be respectful of other campers around you. Quiet hours are from 1/2 hour after the last concert till 8:00 am. No generator usage between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am (unless in the RV section). Please do not bring loud generators. Inverter style generators are preferable.
Trash: All trash must be placed in one of the dumpsters. Please leave your site better than you found it.
Facilities: Portable Restrooms provided in Tent Camping area.
Campground Rules:  No alcohol, drugs, or pets. No dumping of gray water. No ground fires. Other fires must be kept small. Smoking allowed in designated area only.
